Learning and Development

A wide range of learning opportunities are available to support Members and their staff in carrying out their different roles.  The training we provide covers a number of different areas from parliamentary skills, to supporting constituents, to working together effectively as a small constituency office team.  All new support staff are offered basic training on Commission services, and can access further training, support and advice from the Commission’s Member Learning Team.
